Who is Dennis Vincent? I’m sure you’ve heard of Dennis Vincent before. Dennis is a household name. But do you really know who Dennis Vincent “The Man” really is? The story starts July 30, 1984 in a sleepy little village called Las Vegas. Two young teenagers in the prime of their lives must’ve thought they struck gold in the desert when he was born. It is said that when he entered the world in that hospital, time itself was frozen for a brief minute. It was almost as if god had to take a second look at what he had created before releasing him into the wild. Dennis Vincent was considered a prodigy child in every sense. He started walking at just 8 minutes old. His first words were the first 3 paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence. He was able to cite every element on the periodic table at just 3 yrs old, including elements that were not even in existence yet.
When Dennis Vincent started school, it was obvious that it would be no challenge for him and there was nothing the teacher could possibly teach him that he did not already know. For this reason he was immediately asked to be skipped ahead to grade 12. But humility is one of Dennis’s best traits so he kindly declined. He did not want to be deferent even though he knew he was. Through the years, Dennis kept a low profile. He chose to sit back and observe his peers as they absorbed their little bits knowledge.
In 2005 Dennis Vincent started his philanthropic endeavors. He started a small non profit that provided socks for individuals with 6 toes. He used the discarded cloth from the factories that produced normal toed socks. Thus providing for the needy and recycling at the same time. It was this successful venture that dubbed him “A Man of the People.” The people of course referring to the countless men and women who were born with an extra toe on either or both feet. By the way, this condition is referred to as polydactyly syndrome. Look its up, its a real thing.
